# Tokenomics

**Total Supply - 333,333 tokens:**

Distributed via liquidity incentives - 50% (166,666.50)

Sent to a treasury wallet for development and contributor incentives - 30% (99,999.90)

Seed Sale - 5% (16,666.65)

Public Sale - 10% (33,333.30)

Founder’s fee - 5% (16,666.65)

**Vesting and Release Schedule:**

Liquidity incentives shall be distributed evenly over a 12 month period. 

The Treasury is locked and subject to governance. 

The Seed Sale shall be locked for a 12 month period and then released. 

The Public Sale will be immediately tradeable.

The Founder's fee shall be locked for a 12 month period and then released.
